Friday Night Kids Parade
Kick off the weekend with our Friday Night Kids Parade—a fun, fast-paced, and free event for families!
There’s no registration required. Just arrive at the church parking lot for a 6:45 PM lineup, with the parade starting at 7:00 PM sharp. Led by the train, the route heads west along 51 Ave past the school, arena, and curling rink, finishing on the Fête grounds.
The parade wraps up quickly, around 7:10 PM, making it perfect for little ones.
The first 100 children to participate will receive a coupon for a free treat bag, available for pickup immediately after the parade on the Fête grounds.
We can’t wait to see you there!

Lions Pancake Breakfast
Join us on Saturday, July 25 from 7:30–9:30 AM at the gazebo on the Fête grounds for a delicious, family-friendly meal.
Breakfast is just $5 per person, and children 6 and under eat free.
Gluten-free options are available upon request.

Main Street Parade

Soap Box Derby
Get ready to race! Families can build their own soapbox cars with wheel kits available at the Town of Legal Office. No car? No problem—we have four ready-to-use cars available on race day.
Heidi’s Haus will sponsor a car if someone’s willing to build it! Entry is just $5 per racer, supporting the festival.
Have an outgrown car? Donate it for future use!

2026 at Risk 🚨
The Demolition Derby may be cancelled due to low car entries. To move forward for Fête au Village (July 24–25), we need an event coordinator, a minimum of 10 full size vehicles, 5 minis, and driver deposits by May 11, 2026.

& Shine Car Show
Rev up your weekend at our Saturday Car Show, happening July 25 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM!
Come check out an impressive lineup of classic cars, custom builds, and community favourites on display throughout the afternoon. Whether you're a car enthusiast or just love a great summer event, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The event is free to attend, with a dedicated parking area for participants (location to be announced soon). Stay tuned for more details, and make plans to stop by, take it all in, and connect with fellow car lovers at Fête au Village!

Feature Baseball Games
Come cheer on the Legal Primeau Ball Team as they hit the field for an action-packed weekend!
They take on the Westlock Red Lions Friday night at 7:00 pm, and face the Barrhead Orioles on Saturday at 1:00 pm.
All games take place at Citadel Park—grab a seat in the bleachers and enjoy the action!

Wood Carving Event
The Fête Chainsaw Carving Event is an exciting weekend feature, showcasing award-winning artists Tyler Welfing, Shae Larking, and Ryan Villars as they transform raw logs into incredible works of art.
Carving begins Thursday morning and continues daily through Sunday evening, with artists working throughout the day so there’s always something to see.
Don’t miss the fast-paced quick carve competition on Saturday from 3:30–5:00 pm, followed by a live auction. Final pieces will be completed Sunday, along with the People’s Choice Award.
Stop by anytime to watch the progress, meet the artists, and take in the action!

Beer Gardens
Join us at the SVF Arena on July 25 for an unforgettable night in the Beer Gardens! Open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the Beer Gardens will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces where you can relax, connect with friends, and enjoy the festival atmosphere all day and night long.
Drinks are available for $7 each with drink tickets required for purchase. Whether you’re stopping in during the afternoon or celebrating late into the evening, the Beer Gardens are the perfect place to raise a glass and enjoy the festivities at Fete Au Village.
