Free Friday Fun Night
July 24 | 7-9pm @ Citadel Grounds
Kick off Fête Au Village with an evening packed full of free family fun! From the Kids Parade and family entertainment to train rides, face painting, games, and community activities, Free Family Night is one of the most anticipated events of the weekend.
Thanks to the incredible support of local sponsors, families can also enjoy complimentary hot dogs courtesy of North Central Co-op, free popcorn provided by Canadian Real Estate, free ice cream treats from Minister Dale Nally's sCOOLie Ice Cream Truck, and 600 free bottles of water sponsored by MCSnet.

Friday Night Kids Parade
July 24 | 6:45-7:30pm
Kick off the weekend with our Friday Night Kids Parade—a fun, fast-paced, and free event for families!
There’s no registration required. Just arrive at the church parking lot for a 6:45 PM lineup, with the parade starting at 7:00 PM sharp. Led by the train, the route heads west along 51 Ave past the school, arena, and curling rink, finishing on the Fête grounds.
The parade wraps up quickly, around 7:10 PM, making it perfect for little ones.
The first 100 children to participate will receive a coupon for a free treat bag, available for pickup immediately after the parade on the Fête grounds.
We can’t wait to see you there!
Lions Pancake Breakfast
Join us on Saturday, July 25 from 7:30–9:30 AM at the gazebo on the Fête grounds for a delicious, family-friendly meal.
Breakfast is just $5 per person, and children 6 and under eat free.
Gluten-free options are available upon request.
Main Street Parade

Saturday KIDS ZONE
11:00 AM to 4:00 PM WRISTBAND REQUIRED
Let the kids take over the fun at Fête au Village! For just $25, a Kids Zone wristband gives children unlimited access from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday to a full day of family-friendly entertainment.
Enjoy fan favourites including Pony Rides, Twisty Girls Balloons, Sparkle Tattoos, a Petting Zoo, iPlay Game Theater, and an exciting lineup of inflatables featuring obstacle courses, giant slides, bounce castles, toddler play areas, and more.
One wristband. Hours of fun. Endless memories.

Friendly Fishing Derby

Cast a line and enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the reservoir during Fête Au Village! Whether you're an experienced angler or haven't picked up a fishing rod in years, everyone is welcome to join in the fun.

Sturgeon County Cornhole

Practice from 1-1:45pm
Whether you’re a seasoned player or trying cornhole for the first time, this fun and fast-paced doubles tournament welcomes all skill levels for an exciting afternoon of friendly competition.
Teams of two will compete in a 4-game round robin before advancing into a single elimination playoff bracket for cash prizes and bragging rights.
Open to ages 14+

TIE DYE T-Shirts
Saturday, July 25, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM @ Citadel Centre
Get creative and add some colour to your Fête Au Village weekend! Join the Legal Public Library team for a fun tie-dye experience where participants can design and create their very own custom shirt.
📍 In front of the Citadel Centre
💲 $5 per person (not included with Fête wristband admission)
The $5 fee includes a T-shirt and all tie-dye supplies. Shirts will be available in sizes XS–3XL. Suitable for ages 5 through adult.
Drop in, get creative, and take home a colourful keepsake from this year's Fête Au Village!
Soap Box Derby
Build it, race it, and show it off!
Inspection on Friday, July 24 at 6pm at the church parking lot
Race day on Saturday, July 25 from 4-6pm along 51 ave.
There is no registration fee this year, and all derby cars will be featured in the Show & Shine, where attendees can vote for a Best in Show award.

Behind the SVF Sports Centre
Come check out an impressive lineup of classic cars, custom builds, and community favourites on display throughout the afternoon. Whether you're a car enthusiast or just love a great summer event, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The event is free to attend, with a dedicated parking area for participants. Make plans to stop by, take it all in, and connect with fellow car lovers at Fête au Village!
Pre-registration is now closed. Show & Shine participants are welcome to register on-site the morning of the event.
Want to be in the Main Street Parade? Arrive by 9:00 AM for staging. The parade begins at 10:30 AM, and you'll head directly to your Show & Shine parking spot afterward.
Not joining the parade? Simply arrive before the Show & Shine begins to check in and park.

Come cheer on the Legal Primeau Ball Team as they hit the field for an action-packed weekend!

Wood Carving Event
The Fête Chainsaw Carving Event is an exciting weekend feature, showcasing award-winning artists Tyler Welfing, Shae Larking, and Ryan Villars as they transform raw logs into incredible works of art.
Carving begins Thursday morning and continues daily through Sunday evening, with artists working throughout the day so there’s always something to see.
Don’t miss the fast-paced quick carve competition on Saturday from 3:30–5:00 pm, followed by a live auction. Final pieces will be completed Sunday, along with the People’s Choice Award.
Stop by anytime to watch the progress, meet the artists, and take in the action!
Beer Gardens & Cabaret
Saturday, July 25 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM @SVF Sports Centre
Gather with friends and family in the Fête Beer Gardens, featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces where you can relax, connect, and enjoy the festival atmosphere all day and into the night—rain or shine, and mosquito-free!

Admission is $10 per person (18+ event), with last call at 1:00 AM.

This year, the fireworks are moving to Saturday at dusk, lighting up the sky as the grand finale to a full day of festival fun in Legal. Expect a high-energy, high-end display filled with colour, excitement, and unforgettable moments for all ages.

During Fête au Village 2026, our Escape Rooms challenge teams to solve clues, crack puzzles, and complete their mission before time runs out. Choose from four unique experiences, including a Children's Room, Fantasy Room, Heist Room, and Scary Room.
